Britni Elise: One Night Only at the House of Blues

Thursday evening, R&B singer Britni Elise performed in front of her hometown crowd and record execs inside the House of Blues in Cleveland, Ohio. Under the pressure of being the sole performer for an opportunity of signing a record deal to a major label, Britni was nothing short of exemplary. We were among many in attendance that was treated to an engagingly excellent performance. Every song she did was excellent, while her standout moments came when she was performing her verse on Usher’s Papers Remix, singing her single Satisfied, and her acapella of Beyonce’s Halo, which we will be posting a video of soon.

Upon arriving, the event ran about as smoothly as any event I’ve seen. There was a large RSVP list that was efficiently used to make the entrance with a large crowd a non issue. The Cambridge Room set the tone for a very intimate performance that was preceded by a video about the road that has led her to where she is today. Honestly, one the only other unsigned artist from the Cleveland area that I’ve heard of that is at her level is Jesty Beatz, who recently moved to the Los Angeles.

Here are just a few of the pictures from the event. More content to be posted soon…
